The Vineyard
High in the hills of Abruzzo, wedged between ancient rock faces and the silent majesty of the Apennines, lies a place the world has forgotten. Capestrano — known for its mythical warrior, its rugged beauty, its stubborn character.
In our vineyard grows just one grape. The Montepulciano. Not because we couldn't grow others — but because we simply don't want to. We have given our most precious time to understand her fully.

We grow nothing but Montepulciano. Not as a limitation — as a statement. A lifetime is barely enough to understand this grape fully. The rocky Capestrano soil, the bitter winters, the unforgiving summer heat — these are not obstacles. They are the wine.
To produce something extraordinary, you don't do everything. You do one thing extraordinarily well.
